Sec. 30-7. Place of Detention Hearings The initial detention hearing shall be in the Superior Court for juvenile matters where the child or youth resides if the residence of the child or youth can be determined, and, thereafter, deten- tion hearings shall be held at the Superior Court for juvenile matters of appropriate venue.
