Sec. 31a-10. Trial Together on Petitions or Informations The judicial authority may, upon its own motion or the motion of the child or youth or juvenile prosecutor, order that two or more petitions or informations against the same child or youth be tried together. Petitions or informations against different children or youths may not be tried together unless all parties agree to waive the confidentiality rules. (Adopted June 24, 2002, to take effect Jan. 1, 2003.)
