Sec. 39-12. —Effect of Previous Plea Dis- cussions on Disposition Conference Unless an agreement has been reached in a previous plea discussion, a case will be assigned for a disposition conference. It shall be the duty of the prosecuting authority to notify the clerk if an agreement has been reached or if the case has been disposed of. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 701.)
