Conn. Practice Book § 40-4 (2026)

Sec. 40-4. —Limitations on Requests or Motions A party shall file all requests or motions under this chapter within the time specified and shall include in the initial request or motion all information or materials sought. The judicial authority may for good cause shown allow the filing of supplemental requests or motions. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 735.)
