Sec. 41-1. Pretrial Motion Practice; Exclu- sive Procedures Except as otherwise provided in these rules, all motions to strike, motions to quash, motions to dismiss, and other dilatory pleas are abolished, and defenses and objections which heretofore could have been raised by one or more of them may be raised only by motions made in conformity with this chapter.
