Sec. 42-37. Time Limits in Argument Counsel shall not occupy more than one hour in argument in any trial, unless the judicial author- ity, on motion for special cause before the com- mencement of such argument, allows counsel a longer time. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 879.)
