Sec. 43-13. —Familiarization with Report by Defense Counsel Defense counsel shall familiarize himself or her- self with the contents of the presentence or alter- nate incarceration assessment report or both, including any evaluative summary, and any spe- cial medical or psychiatric reports pertaining to the client.
