Sec. 43-31. Stay of Imprisonment upon Appeal A sentence of imprisonment shall be stayed if an appeal is taken and the defendant is released pursuant to Sections 43-1 and 43-2 pending dis- position of the appeal, unless the judicial authority shall order otherwise. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 947.)
