Conn. Practice Book § 43-6 (2026)

Sec. 43-6. —Period of Continuance To Complete Report When it is necessary to continue a case for sentencing, the judicial authority may consider the period of time necessary to complete the investigation or assessment or both and report, and any reasonable request, and shall set a date for sentencing accordingly.
