Sec. 44-21. Infractions and Violations; When Treated as an Offense Pursuant to subdivision (4) of Section 44-37, infractions and violations are included in the gen- eral definition of ‘‘offense,’’ and, except as distin- guished in Sections 44-21 through 44-29, they are treated as any other offense under these rules.
