Sec. 44-34. —Fees for Witnesses Witnesses in attendance in more cases than one at the same time will be allowed fees for travel and attendance in one case only. The travel of nonresident witnesses will be computed and taxed from the state line on the usual course of travel in all cases where witnesses’ fees are not paid under General Statutes § 54-82i or § 54-152.
