Sec. 68-2A. Assembly of the Clerk Appendix As soon as possible after the filing of the appeal and the delivery of the case file, the appellate clerk shall assemble the clerk appendix. After assembling the clerk appendix, the appellate clerk shall upload the clerk appendix in a searchable portable document format to the appellate file and deliver it to the parties.
