Conn. Practice Book § 68-2A (2026)

Sec. 68-2A clerk shall assemble the clerk appendix. After assembling the clerk appendix, the appellate clerk shall upload the clerk appendix in a searchable portable document format to the appellate file and deliver it to the parties. (Adopted June 15, 2021, to take effect Oct. 1, 2021.)
