Sec. 81-6. Filing of Regulations Immediately after filing the appellant’s brief, the appellant shall file one complete copy of the local land use regulations that were in effect at the time of the hearing that gave rise to the agency action or ruling in dispute. The regulations shall be certi- fied by the local zoning or equivalent official as having been in effect at the time of the hearing. The appellant need not deliver a copy of such regulations to other counsel of record. (Adopted July 24, 2002, to take effect Oct. 1, 2002; amended Sept. 16, 2015, to take effect Jan. 1, 2016.)
