Rule 122. When Account to be Presented to Court for Approval A guardian of the property or trustee shall not present an account to the Court for approval until after the expiration of 30 days from the date of the filing of the account, unless all of the persons entitled to receive notice thereof under Rule 119 shall have waived the notice and consented in writing to the approval of the account.
