Rule 135. Appointment; Removal The Court shall have authority in any cause pending in the Court of Chancery of this State to appoint a Magistrate in Chancery pro hac vice in such particular cause. The appointment of a Magistrate in Chancery shall be complete and effective when an order for the same is signed by the Court. Any Magistrate in Chancery may be removed at the pleasure of the Court.
