Rule 164. Petition for Allowances A receiver desiring compensation for services and allowances for expenses and services of the receiver’s attorney shall file with the account a petition for such allowances, stating generally therein the services rendered by such receiver and the receiver’s attorney and the compensation desired for the services of each. A separate petition for compensation may be filed by the attorney for the receiver.
