Rule 185. Complaint for Involuntary Sterilization In any action filed pursuant to Chapter 57 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code, the petition shall be accompanied by an undertaking by the petitioner to pay the reasonable fee fixed by the Court for an attorney ad litem as required by §§ 5709 and 5710 of such chapter.
