Rule 57. Declaratory Judgments These rules govern the procedure for obtaining a declaratory judgment under 10 Del. C. § 6501 or any similar statute. The existence of another adequate remedy does not preclude a declaratory judgment that is otherwise

appropriate. The Court may order a speedy hearing of a declaratory judgment action. History. Amended May 18, 2026, effective June 1, 2026.
