(1)(a) The reimbursement contract for the 2026-2027 contract year, http://flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=ref-18682, including all Amendments and Addenda, required by Section 215.555(4), F.S., which is called Form FHCF-2026K-“Reimbursement Contract” or “Contract” between (name of insurer) (the “Company”)/NAIC #( ) and The State Board of Administration of the State of Florida (“SBA”) which administers the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”), rev. 11/25 is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this rule. This contract is effective from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.

(b) Appendix A, for the 2026-2027 contract year, http://flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=ref-18683, required by Section 215.555(5)(e), F.S., which is called Form FHCF-2026K-1 “Appendix A to Reimbursement Contract” between (name of insurer) (the “Company”)/NAIC #( ) and The State Board of Administration of the State of Florida (“SBA”) which administers the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”), rev. 11/25 is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this rule. This appendix is effective from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.

This contract is effective from June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.
