Fla. Admin. Code R. 40A-21.571 (2026)

Each water user shall be identified by one or more of the following methods of extraction or withdrawal classes.

(1) Surface Waters:

(a) Pump,

(b) Gravity flow,

(c) Siphon.

(2) Ground Waters:

(a) Flowing artesian well,

(b) Pumped well.
