Method of Withdrawal Classifications

Each water user shall be identified by one or more of the following method of withdrawal classes:

(1) Surface waters:

(a) Pump;

(b) Gravity flow.

(2) Ground waters:

(a) Artesian well;

(b) Pumped well.
