Use Classes

Each water use will be assigned to one or more of the following Use Classes as defined in part I of this chapter:

(1) Essential Uses.

(2) Indoor Uses.

(3) Public Supply Uses.

(4) Commercial/Industrial/Institutional Uses.

(5) Agricultural Uses.

(6) Landscape/Recreation/Aesthetic Uses.

(7) Environmental Uses.

(8) Mining/Dewatering Uses.

(9) Other Uses.
