The boundaries of the district are those set forth in Exhibit 4 to the Petition to Amend the Boundary of the Capron Trail Community Development District filed with the Commission on May 5, 2023, under Commission Case Number CDD-23-001. The total Capron Trail Community Development District area = 5,878.77 acres, more or less.
