The following states in which plant-feeding snails or slugs, as described in Rule 5B-43.003, F.A.C., are known to be established shall be known as areas of concern:
(1) Arizona.
(2) California.
(3) Hawaii.
(4) New Mexico.
(5) Oregon.
(6) Texas.
(7) Washington.
