Exemption from Licensure Renewal Provisions

(1) A spouse of a member of the armed forces who is absent from the State because of the spouse’s duties with the armed forces and, having submitted documentation to the Board demonstrating same, shall be exempt from licensure renewal provisions without paying dues or fees or performing any other act on his or her part.

(2) This rule applies to all auctioneer licenses, apprenticed and business licenses.
