An amateur sanctioning organization shall, within 72 hours after the event, file with the commission a written report that includes the match results. The match results shall be recorded on Form BPR-0009-678, “Amateur Match Results,” (April 2016) adopted and incorporated herein by reference, which may be obtained at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/pro/sbc/forms.html or at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07361.
