Fla. Admin. Code R. 64B15-20.002 (2026)

The term “patient contact hours,” as used in Section 459.0085(5)(f)2., F.S., means the number of hours during which the physician is available to see patients or is performing patient care activities, including, but not limited to, completing patient records and reviewing laboratory reports.
