Reporting Continuing Education Attendance
(1) The licensee shall submit a statement on a form, provided by the Department, in which the licensee affirms that he has completed the continuing education required for license renewal. Failure to submit the completed form by February 28, of every odd biennial renewal year shall be grounds for denying license renewal. The licensee shall retain for 4 years such receipts or certificates which establish completion of required continuing education during each biennium.
(2) The Board or its designee shall monitor any approved continuing education program to ensure that the program complies with the applicable rules of the Board.
