Fla. Admin. Code R. 64E-5.1309 (2026)

Individuals who are authorized users on a department, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, agreement state or licensing state license on 5-12-93 who perform only those procedures for which they are authorized on that date need not comply with the training requirements in Rules 64E-5.1307, 64E-5.1312 and 64E-5.1313, F.A.C.
