(1) Eligible donors, as defined by Section 465.1902(5), F.S., may donate legally obtained prescription drugs or supplies to a repository if the drugs or supplies meet the requirements of this rule.
(2) Donors cannot donate, and repositories cannot accept:
(a) Controlled substances;
(b) Medications with an approved United States Food and Drug Administration risk evaluation and mitigation strategy that includes elements to assure safe use, or
(c) Cancer drugs donated under Section 499.029, F.S.
