(1) Consistent with Section 1013.12, F.S., and this rule chapter, educational facilities are subject to rule chapter 69A-60, F.A.C., the Florida Fire Prevention Code, which incorporates rule chapter 69A-58, F.A.C., by reference.
(2) Fire department access roads. Paved fire department access roads shall not completely encircle an educational plant or portions thereof.
