Within 30 calendar days of receipt of the Agency response the Cash Manager shall convene a meeting with the Agency head or his designated senior official for the purpose of discussing any recommendations not agreed to by the Agency and for consideration of the Agency’s suggested alternatives. Upon conclusion of these meetings the Cash Manager shall prepare final recommendations and deliver the recommendations to the Agency head.
