Handbooks, Manuals and Instructions Adopted
The NAIC handbooks, instructions and manual set forth in subsections (1) through (4) of this rule are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference. The office has determined that posting the incorporated material would be a violation of federal copyright law. The handbooks, instructions, and manuals are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of Insurance Regulation, Larson Building, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0300, or at the Department of State, R.A. Gray Building, 500 South Bronough Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0250. Copies are also available from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, 1100 Walnut Street, Suite 1500, Kansas City, MO 64106-2197, Telephone (816)783-8500, website: http://www.naic.org.
