Contracts involving doctors, dentists, and other professional people are considered to be in the nature of personal contracts calling for the skill of one particular doctor or dentist selling her or his personal services and would not be considered contracts for the sale of goods. These contracts would not fall within the licensing requirements of section 520.32(1), F.S.
