F.S. 626.7453626.7453 Managing general agents; errors and omissions insurance.—As a part of the appointment process, the insurer appointing the managing general agent shall certify that, upon investigation and to the best of the insurer’s knowledge and belief, the proposed managing general agent has obtained errors and omissions insurance in an amount acceptable to the insurer appointing the managing general agent.
