F.S. 946.5095946.5095 Elimination of hazardous conditions.—Pursuant to the applicable provisions of part I of chapter 284, whenever state-insured property leased to or otherwise held by the corporation is inspected by the Division of Risk Management of the Department of Financial Services and any condition is found to exist which, in the opinion of the division, is hazardous from the standpoint of destruction by fire or other insurable causes, the corporation shall either promptly repair the property to eliminate any observed hazard or otherwise promptly remove the hazardous condition at its own expense.History.—s. 2, ch. 83-209; s. 1932, ch. 2003-261.
