- Ga. L. 1970, p. 938, designates the District Attorneys Association of Georgia as the appropriate agency to accept and expend federal and private funds for the purpose of enhancing the proficiency of the various prosecuting officials of the state.
Ga. L. 1996, p. 748, changed the titles of the officials formerly known as solicitors of the state courts to solicitors-general of the state courts. This is an office different from the one referred to in this Code section.
