Call Now: 904-383-7448Any person, firm, or corporation who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition to such criminal penalty, the board may bring an action to enjoin any violation, actual or threatened, of this chapter notwithstanding the existence of an adequate remedy at law.

- Board may use, in addition to the board's authority to revoke, suspend, or refuse licenses, the injunctive remedy provided for in O.C.G.A. § 43-47-22 to enjoin any violation of the provisions of O.C.G.A. T. 43, C. 47; violators are also subject to prosecution under the misdemeanor provisions of O.C.G.A. § 43-47-22. 1958-59 Op. Att'y Gen. p. 269.
