Rule 17. CONDUCT OF THE HEARING. (A) Thearbitratorshall have complete discretion over the mode and order of presenting evidence and the conduct of the hearing. (B) No transcription or recording shall be permitted of the arbitration proceedings. (AmendedApril 16, 1987,effective May 1, 1987.)
