Department of commerce created.
There is hereby created in the executive branch of the government, a department of commerce, hereinafter referred to as the department, which shall have the duties, powers and authorities hereinafter provided.
Whenever in Idaho Code or elsewhere, reference is made to a predecessor department or agency of the department of commerce, other than the department of commerce and labor, it shall mean and hereafter be the department of commerce.
