Rule 2.25 Reserved. COMMENT: Rule 2.25. Former rule 2.25, relating to the bill of exceptions, has been eliminated. The bill of exceptions is hereby abolished. If a party needs a record to be made of a matter that occurred off the record, it shall be the responsibility of that party to initiate that process by reasonable and appropriate means.
