65-4a11. Act does not create right to abortion. Nothing in K.S.A. 65-4a01 through 65-4a12, and amendments thereto, shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to abortion. Notwithstanding any provision of this section, a person shall not perform an abortion that is prohibited by law.
