No vehicle shall haul with a towline more than one (1) other vehicle. The towline shall not be over fifteen (15) feet in length, and a white cloth or flag shall be fastened to the towline at or near the center of the line, during both day and night so as to make it plainly discernible. No vehicle shall at one (1) time haul more than two (2) vehicles connected in such a manner as to keep them uniformly spaced. Any vehicle being towed under the provisions of this chapter shall have the brake lights required under KRS 189.050. Effective: July 12, 2006 History: Amended 2006 Ky.
