Fees for criminal cases

In criminal cases, the following fees shall be charged by the circuit clerk and paid to the clerk at the time the corresponding services are requested:

(1) Preparing an attestation ...................................................................................... $0.50

(2) Preparing a certification ..................................................................................... $5.00
