Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted hereunder or any provision of the State Plumbing Code shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days or both for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Effective: June 16, 1960 History: Amended 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 222, sec. 25, effective June 16, 1960. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
