(1) A declaration shall remain in effect until revoked by the declarant in writing.

(2) A revocation of a declaration shall be delivered to the person to whom the declaration was given or to the designee. Effective: July 15, 2016 History: Created 2016 Ky. Acts ch. 59, sec. 6, effective July 15, 2016.
