Coroner or deputy -- Immunity from civil liability

Any coroner, deputy coroner or designee thereof, acting in good faith within the scope of his official duties, shall have immunity from any civil liability that might otherwise be incurred or imposed. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 93, sec. 18, effective June 17, 1978.
