Md. Rule 11-202. Definitions

The following definitions apply in this Chapter:
(a) CINA Petition. “CINA petition” means a petition filed with the court pursuant to Code, Courts Article, § 3-809.
(b) Emergency Shelter Care. “Emergency shelter care” means shelter care when a child has been removed from the home or placement by a local department in accordance with Code, Courts Article, § 3-815.
(c) Petition for Continued Shelter Care. “Petition for continued shelter care” means a petition filed pursuant to Rule 11-204 (b).
