477.1 Operation of motor vehicle by motor carrier of household goods; certificate of authority.

Sec. 1.

    A motor carrier of household goods shall not operate any motor vehicle for the transportation of property for hire on any public highway in this state except in accordance with this act. A motor carrier of household goods shall not operate within this state without first having obtained from the commission a certificate of authority for the operation.
