552.636 Friend of the court enforcement action; assessment of reasonable expenses.
Sec. 36.
In addition to any remedy or sanction provided in section 31 or 33, the court may assess the payer the actual reasonable expense of the friend of the court in bringing any enforcement action for noncompliance with a spousal support order that is not eligible for funding under title IV-D.
